Hi, I’m Gabby and I’m so grateful you’re here

I’m so grateful you’re here and I’d love to be a part of your Movement practice. The most important things you need to know about me are: nothing makes me happier than the warm sun on my skin, Movement I love, finding the magic in the most mundane moments, and my life’s work is to support you in building your relationship with Movement.

I spent far too long stuck in a cycle of believing Movement had to look a certain way. If it was under an hour, it didn’t count AND if it didn’t leave me with an empty tank at the end, I wasn’t working hard enough.

It’s the entire reason I built this app—to help you build consistency, strength, autonomy, and celebrate all your body can do. Our monthly programs allow you to take decision fatigue out of the equation and help you start. A successful Movement practices looks different week to week and month to month — my hope is that our app supports you across every season. Some days, you might complete all 4 sessions and others, celebrating 1 is the win.

It’s not about getting it perfect but it IS about starting and proving to yourself that you’re always worth taking care of.
